Pacific Island roasted chicken breast finished with a lemon basil white wine sauce and sprinkled with fresh cilantro, oregano, parsley, shallots and garlic

Orange-Soy Salmon  
Alaskan salmon fillet served with an orange-soy glaze, topped with a tangy mango pepper salsa
